Note: We only deliver to UK mainland addresses at present.
Most deliveries are done using Royal Mail or Hermes and are expected to arrive within 3 - 5 working days from your order dispatch date.
An e-mail to confirm dispatch will be sent to the purchaser. You can also check the status of your order under ‘My Account’ by logging in.
All deliveries will arrive between 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday or 9am to 12pm Saturday. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give a specific delivery time. No deliveries will arrive on Sunday or Bank Holidays.
If the delivery address provided is communal or shared such as student halls of residence, hospitals, hostels etc where anyone other than the recipient can accept the delivery, Rare Gear will not be held responsible for items not received.
Some deliveries may require signature on delivery, we therefore recommend that you get your order(s) delivered where there will be someone reliable (known to you or the recipient) to receive it.
In the event of no-one being at the delivery address to take receipt of the parcel, the courier will leave a card to inform the recipient to make a collection of the parcel from the local post office. At this point it then becomes the responsibility of the recipient to arrange for the collection or delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us by Royal Mail due to failure to collect, a additional delivery charge will apply for re-packaging and re-sending of the order.
In the event of a parcel being returned to us and you request for a refund, we will only refund you with the purchase price of the item (excluding Packaging & Postage). If an error has been made by the customer, such as an incomplete address, the cost of redelivery will have to be paid before we dispatch your items. We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by email and arrange alternatives.
Rare Gear llp will not take liability of any delays caused by our couriers.

If you wish to return your order you must return it to us unused (unless is faulty) and in its original condition and packaging within 28 days from receipt for a prompt replacement or refund.

We will issue you with a returns authorisation code which will enable us to process your returns quickly. Returns will not be processed without the authorisation codes, therefore please obtain one before returning any items. All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage, with the following enclosed:
• a note with the returns authorization code and order number.
• a brief reason for return.
• whether you would like us to replace (if faulty) or prefer a refund.
• a 'proof of posting' must be obtained from the post office and retained until the replacement or refund is received.
We will not be held liable for packages lost in transit on their way to us. We therefore strongly recommend you to obtain and retain a 'proof of postings' from the post office.
Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of incorrectly supplied item.

The warranty does not cover damages or faults resulting from misuse (not following the instructions), mishandling, lack of maintenance, neglect and accidental damage. If you have any questions or have an issue with the product, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item is suspected to be faulty, it can be returned to have it checked at the customers cost. However, if the item is found to be faulty the postage will be covered by us.
If an item is returned as suspected faulty and is checked not to be faulty, the returning postage (charges) will have to be covered by the customer.
Order Acceptance and Liability.
Rare Gear LLP have the right to accept or decline an order for sale of any items offered in this website. No contract will be engaged between you and Rare Gear LLP for the sale of any item by Rare Gear LLP to you unless and until Rare Gear llp accepts your order by confirming via e-mail that it has dispatched your ordered products.
This acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have effectively communicated to you at the time Rare Gear sent the e-mail to you (whether or not you have received the e-mail).
Neither Rare Gear LLP nor any of its affiliates or members will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, consequential damages or loss of data, income or profit.
The prices payable for the products are displayed next to them and are also viewable in the shopping cart if you select ‘add to cart’. Rare Gear LLP must receive full payment for your order before your order can be accepted, processed and dispatched.
Rare Gear LLP reserve the rights to change prices without any prior notice. If a price of an item is reduced (for example as a special offer) after you placed its order, Rare Gear are not liable to reimburse you with the price difference.
In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavor to inform you of the error within two days of placing the order and we will allow you to either cancel the order or choose to pay the additional difference in price.
In very rare occasion, if a product is out of stock (including with suppliers), we will inform you by e-mail within 2 days and will happily refund your purchase. All payments must be made by card via Shopify's online secure payment process.
We do not accept cheques or cash and do not take any card payments over the telephone. If the website malfunctions or displays an error message during any stage of your shopping, please inform us by e-mail on email@example.com.
